What is Improv?
Improvisational theater, or improv, is a form of theater where the scenes, stories, dialogue and movement are unscripted and unrehearsed. Improv players create shows that surprise, enthrall, and inspire their audiences by relying on their ability to think on their feet, collaborate in the moment, let go, listen deeply and recognize patterns and connections. These same skills are valuable not just for the purpose of entertaining an audience but are also used to help people become better leaders, workers, teachers, students, family members.
TWI's method of teaching improv speaks beyond being entertaining; the teachers from SPIT are masters at molding honest and richly insightful professionals

TWI's classes facilitate much more than situational comedy; a space for creative play, for imaginative exploration, and for connecting mindfully with one's self and with others.
